Champagne – Frantzén x Legras & Haas

2017 Sélection de l’ours Grand Cru is an exciting collaboration that Frantzén has developed with Jerome Legras at Champagne Legras & Haas, aiming to create a Blanc de Blancs with a distinct character.

2017 was a special year for Frantzén as the restaurant opened in new premises on September 6th. It was also the same day the grapes for our Frantzén champagne were harvested.

While the champagne remains available exclusively for guests at the restaurant, we are delighted to announce that a limited quantity of bottles is now available for purchase.
