Zen’s Signature Knife

Our signature knife is a celebration of Swedish craftsmanship that sees Zén collaborate with knife manufacturer Morakniv and artist Pernilla Nordman to create a unique custom-made steak knife. The distinctive painting style is called Kurbits, a style popular 300 years ago in Dalarna County, a province in central Sweden. The Morakniv blades are expertly shaped and sharpened by hand, for a razor-sharp cut. These are the same knives used at Zén, Singapore.
